Use: The mold is used for the production of reinforced concrete columns or flat elements in the case of removing the central side formwork. It is possible to produce columns without corbels, as well as with corbels into all four sides. The mold enables to also produce beams, tie-beams, etc., in dimensions up to the height of about 600-800 mm.
Use: The steel siderails are pulled to the bottom by integrated permanent magnets and are used for the production of solid elements, like walls and slabs with various dimensions and heights on production pallets or tilting tables. Due to less set-up time simplifies formwork construction. Integrated magnets have a high adhesion forces up to 2,500 kg which make it possible to produce the slabs up to 300 mm high. The lower limit is restricted by the height of 100 mm due to the space for integrated magnet. Siderails are delivered in various lengths to produce the formwork required by the client.

Use: Precasted stair flights are basic elements of the construction to interconnect individual floors. These elements can be produced with or without landing platforms. Precasted stair flights are used either in flats and civil constructions, as well as in industrial and warehouse objects.
Use: Precasted garages are produced as single garages, double- or row-garages. They are designed in such a manner that they can also be used as floor garages. These garages are also used as workshops or storage units. The use of these garages significantly speeds up the construction because they are only placed on a pre-prepared foundations and, moreover, they are less financially demanding than traditional garages, i.e. bricks etc. It is possible to produce garages with dimensions of 2.5 x 3 x 6 m (height x width x length) on the basic mold as a module with the length from 5.5 to 7m for the mold with a longer core or with a height of up to 3m. These larger garages serve for the parking of larger vehicles, i.e. SUV, vans, etc.
Use: The mold is used for the production of pre-stressed beams with a “T” cross-sectional shape for roads, highways and railway bridges. The beam consists of a vertical web and is terminated on the top with very wide flange, the so-called “wings”. The inclination of the wings can be adapted to the cross-lateral inclination of the road up to +/- 4° which saves on labour consumption and on the material for the construction. The further use of beams is in the coverage of deepened tunnels, underground stations and other underground constructions.
Use: This universal mold is used for the production of non-prestressed or prestressed tie-beams with “T” cross-sectional shape or after modification for the production of slabs. The construction of this mold enables fast reconstruction to another element. This is mainly enabled due to the use of continuously height and inclination adjustable steel segments. Therefore, the mold enables to set the required width of the flange, inclination of the flange, length and height of the tie-beam. For tie-beams with conventional reinforcement it is possible to increase the height of the steel floor. A plywood board is inserted into the grooves of the steel segment which has a trapezoidal cross-sectional shape. The system of sliding side formworks also enables to set the various thicknesses of the tie-beem web. The mold is supplied with steel floors with the required width. In the mold it is possible to produce two elements in sequence which is possible by the division of the steel moldheads.
Use: The casting maschine type bridge crane is employed for the distribution of the concrete along the whole length and width of the production hall. It is used directly for the casting or for the supply with concrete hoppers of other casting machines. Casting maschines are operating in relation to the shuttles in manual, semi-manual or automated mode.
