Molds for production sewerage systems and drainage solutions

Molds for production of concrete pits

Use: Concrete pits are mainly used in communal and industrial waste water sewage plants, fuel stations and sewerage systems. They are applied in communal water sewage plants, mechanical and biological water sewage plants, for the recycling of water from washing facilities, water tanks and pumping stations. The pits are used at the basic height or lowered or it is possible to set them for the necessary volume by means of risers. The pits are covered by cover boards with an entrance hole covered with the access covers. We also deliver molds for the production of covering boards. The joint between the pit and the covering board or the pit and the riser is produced according to technical standard DIN 4034.1 or DIN 4034.2. The use of these pits minimizes construction costs, speeds up construction and due to the integrated sealing ensures tightness. The molds are produced for pits with inner diameter DN 800 to DN 2500 and a height up to 3 m.

Molds for production of manhole bases

Use: Manhole bases are used for the construction of waterproof shafts for sewerage systems with round profiles. Molds are produced for production of manhole bases with the inner diameter DN 1000 and DN 1200 with pipe connections from DN 150 to DN 600 according to the size of the manhole base. The shafts mainly serve for waste-water downcomer, aeration, ventilation, maintenance and checking or the installation of equipment for the pumping of waste water to the surface, change of the direction, change of the inclination or diameter of the pipes. The advantage of the use of prefabricated manhole bases is based on the shortening of the period of construction compared with the in situ produced manhole bases, guarantee of the quality of the part and due to the integrated sealing and its excellent tightness. The form of the manhole base corresponds to the technical standard DIN 4034.1 or DIN 4034.2. Due to the use of semi-wet concrete mixture, high productivity is achieved, i.e. approximately 25 manhole bases per workshift without the necessity of investment into large and expensive vibration-pressure equipment.

Molds for production of manhole bases - monolithic

Use: Manhole bases are used for the construction of waterproof shafts for sewerage systems with round profiles. Molds are produced for production of manhole bases with the inner diameter DN 1000/1200/1500 and DN 1700 with pipe connections from DN 150 to DN 1200 according to the size of the manhole base.

Drainage solutions by slotted drains

Use: Slotted drains are suitable in particular for rapidly and safely draining surface water from highways, roads, parking places, airports, etc. Slotted drains has the large absorption of surface water. The slot is constructed so that it is self-extinguishing. For this reason are slotted drains used for the drainage of roads in tunnels. Slotted drains are joined similarly as concrete pipes, through the use of integrated sealing. This manner of connection ensures high-quality tightness of the join, therefore this type of drainage is mainly used in protected countryside areas. This system consists of a basic slotted drain and other additional products.
